Kids say the darndest things, according to Jenna Bush Hager.
The Today anchor—who shares kids Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4, with husband Henry Hager—jokingly recounted how her youngest “started to shame me into outfit, hair, makeup” by pointing out the size of her nipples.
“While I’m getting dressed—if I do makeup, hair, outfit—which is what I like, Hal likes to come in there and say, ‘Look at your nickels. I like your nickels,'” Jenna shared on the July 1 episode of morning show, explaining that her son was referring to her nipples. “He said, ‘Look at your big nickels.’”
She continued, “He walks in and he makes fun of my ‘nickels,’ pointing and laughing in such and talking about their size—and then I have to get on a robe.”
Though the exchange did leave Jenna feeling “a little humiliated in my own home,” she said it won’t deter from being naked around her house—even if the kids are around.
