Is Justin Trudeau giving out Canadian citizenships like flyers in a junk mail drop? Not only is our immigration system out of control, but Trudeau is giving out citizenships with inadequate screening. Reports of “hundreds” of people chanting “Death to Canada” tells me these are not people who cherish living in Canada. Now most Canadians detest what the Liberals, including the NDP that keep them in power, have done to wreck our country, but we not taking to the streets and chanting “Death to Canada”! We have also seen recent media reports of large demonstrations of people in Canada supporting terrorism and chanting slogans that advocate genocide. These are not the values of peaceful Canadians. Canada needs immigrants, but Justin Trudeau’s total mismanagement of the immigration system has damaged our country and has been a complete failure. We clearly have people living in Canada who don’t understand our Canadian values of peace, respect and dignity with a commitment to honour them and don’t appreciate the privilege it is to call yourself “Canadian.” Add this sad scenario to the long list of damage Trudeau has done to Canada that will be hurting our country well after Canadians throw him out of Parliament in the next election!

CHRIS ROBERTSON
Stony Plain, Alta.

(Trudeau’s Liberals have managed to make such a disaster of our immigration system it’s going to take years to unwind it)

A once-great country

Let me get this straight! If this weekend I show up on Yonge St. (in Toronto) carrying an Israeli flag and scream “Death to Canada and Death to Palestine,” the nearest constable will ask me, “What would you like in your coffee sir?” Or are they more than likely to take me to the nearest station and charge me with a hate crime. This morally and financially corrupt government lets people into this country who openly declare, ‘We hate your way of life and we are going to change it.’ And of course they are succeeding as Trudeau and his corrupt gang let them do it. Happy Thanksgiving for anybody who cares about this once-great country!

(What the hell is happening in this country? How is this acceptable? How are we just sitting by and allowing this to happen? Something is very wrong here)

Deal with the devil

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh finally pulled the plug on the Trudeau minority government, ripping up his supply and confidence deal. He supported the Liberals’ costly 2024 budget, but was a no-show when MPs asked Justin Trudeau for more health-care funding. He criticized and coddled the Liberals but ultimately got his Canada Dental Plan at a cost of $4.4 billion for nine million people The NDP party’s support has dropped to 15% and it must be clear to Singh Canucks want an election, but also blame him for his support of Trudeau.

PETER J. MIDDLEMORE SR.

(Wonder if he thinks the deal was worth it.)
