Marielle Hadid was part of just one of Taylor Swift’s chain reaction of counter moves to Travis Kelce’s bid for her heart.
Nearly two years after the “Karma” singer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end began their romance, Gigi Hadid’s half-sister detailed the part she played in the couple’s early talks by pulling a promising tarot card.
“I had pulled a card for her,” Marielle explained on the Nice Girls Don’t Win podcast May 21. “I had seen something where her boyfriend had said he wanted to date her, and I told Gigi that I thought they should date.”
Indeed, Marielle shared she attended the Santa Clara leg of the Eras Tour in 2023, which occurred just two days after Travis made his infamous call out to Taylor on his New Heights podcast that July.
“I was like ‘Come on even if it’s just for fun,’” Marielle explained. “This was before they had actually met. I pulled this card for her and I don’t exactly remember which deck it was but I remember that it was kind of in regard to this and the word, ‘swiftly’ was in the reading.”
