Weeks after joining her and Sean “Diddy” Combs‘s daughter Chance at his trial, Sarah Chapman helped celebrate a friend.
And with the help of the 18-year-old’s mom and other pals, CeeLo Green will remember when he finally attended his prom—at age 50.
On May 30, Sarah joined scores of guests at the Voice alum’s surprise milestone birthday party at Flourish Atlanta, which depicted both the high school dance and graduation ceremony that he never got the chance to attend.
“She was happy, in good spirits,” a party source told E! News exclusively. “Having a good ole time, dancing the night away full of laughter.”
The event took place more than two weeks after opening statements began in Combs’ trial, which Sarah had attended with their daughter and the rap producer and late ex Kim Porter‘s twins Jessie James Combs and D’Lila Star Combs. (The pair also recently attended prom and graduated from high school amid their dad’s trial for sex trafficking and other charges, for which he has pleaded not guilty.)
