Leah Remini has her pal’s support in her second act.
The King of Queens alum revealed that she and her longtime friend Jennifer Lopez remain on good terms, exchanging sweet messages after her 2024 split from husband Angelo Pagán following 21 years of marriage.
“Right after the divorce,” Leah told Us Weekly in an interview published June 4, “we’d text each other loving messages of support.”
And while the Saved by the Bell alum—who finalized her divorce from Angelo in October of last year—may not keep in touch with Jennifer on a daily basis, she insisted that doesn’t mean they don’t care about each other.
“Sometimes you don’t talk to people every day like you used to, but that doesn’t mean the love is lost,” Leah explained. “Friendships ebb and flow. That doesn’t mean we’re at odds.”
After all, she and Jennifer—who similarly finalized her divorce from ex Ben Affleck in January following two years of marriage—haven’t always been on the same journey at the same time.
