Justin Bieber is getting real about his intentions.
The “Yummy” singer shared his thoughts about love on June 8, writing on Instagram alongside two grainy, black-and-white selfies, “Tired of transactional relationships.”
“If I have to do something to be loved,” he continued, “that’s not love.”
And this was not the first time Justin—who has been married to wife Hailey Bieber since 2018—expressed his desires for unconditional love. As he noted in a cryptic Instagram Story post in May, “Love isn’t a u get what u put in kinda thing.”
“It’s a receiving thing,” the 31-year-old explained. “Still find myself trying to earn love. And It’s exhausting.”
While Justin acknowledged at the time that “I’m loved no matter what I do,” he admitted to occasionally slipping back into the mindset that love is “deserved.”
