Trump Hides No Words, Posts Expletive-Laced Threat on Strait Of Hormuz Crisis; Iran Responds, Condemns Language
The Middle East conflict took a dramatic turn after former U.S. President Donald Trump issued a profanity-filled warning to Iran, threatening strikes on critical infrastructure if Tehran does not reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: “Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. Open the Fu**in’ Strait, you crazy bast***s, or you’ll be living in Hell — JUST WATCH. Praise be to Allah.”
The unusually explicit language marked one of the most aggressive public statements of the conflict so far, underscoring the rising tensions between Washington and Tehran. The ultimatum ties directly to Iran’s restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz, a vital global energy corridor through which a significant share of the world’s oil supply passes.

The warning followed a high-risk U.S. military operation that rescued an American airman deep inside Iranian territory after his fighter jet was shot down. U.S. officials described the mission as complex and successful, with no casualties among the rescue team. Trump said the injured officer is expected to recover.
Iran Condemns Language Used by Trump
Iran responded sharply, with state-linked media condemning the language and warning that Tehran would retaliate against any escalation. Officials signalled that further attacks on Iranian infrastructure could trigger strikes on U.S. and allied assets across the region.

The conflict has already expanded beyond direct U.S.-Iran exchanges. Israeli strikes on Iranian-linked sites and Iranian drone and missile attacks on Gulf infrastructure have intensified, raising fears of a broader regional war.
With diplomacy stalled and both sides hardening positions, the Strait of Hormuz has become the central flashpoint in a conflict that is increasingly defined by brinkmanship and rhetoric as much as military action.
