Nic BeeGee has successfully mastered what society would deem destined for failure: building a 7-figure company as a recovering alcoholic. The most shocking part? Her first million was generated while being a high-functioning alcoholic.

Founder of The Femme Wealth Engineer, Nic is a wealth mentor and professional brand strategist who, over the last decade, has helped over one thousand clients generate millions in revenue. Now a best-selling author, podcast host, and mentor, Nic is a thought leader in the realm of self-power, potent mindset reframe, and breaking through the limiting barriers that come with conventional ways of thinking. And she’s not stopping any time soon.

Her secret to being successful? Being a highly functioning alcoholic, burned out, and unfulfilled, with no other choice but to learn how to leverage her BIG energy in more productive ways. She transformed her life through wildly unconventional methods and discovered frameworks that go deep into sales psychology, scalable business models, and brand awareness. A mother of four and trade wife, she stands on the verge of evolving into a timeless influential figure that will resonate beyond the industry norm.

From the beginning, Nic had a hardcore work ethic instilled in her due to her parents being entrepreneurs and investors. She’s always known how to work for what she wants, the stumbling block was simply seeing clearly enough to do it. For 13 years, Nic was a high-functioning alcoholic yet somehow it helped shape the success of her business today. Often, people think alcoholism keeps you blackout drunk, sloppy, and inhibited at all hours of the day. While Nic admittedly had a few of those days, she formed several businesses and made great choices while an alcoholic…and also made poor choices that burned her more than once.

Unlike the stereotypical life of an alcoholic, Nic carried out daily tasks, took care of what she needed to, and always made money. Yet somehow, she was never able to keep it. With the last five years taking a toll on her, 2020 hit her like a tidal wave, having a devastating miscarriage. She had officially descended into the lowest part of her life. But shortly after, things started to turn positive. Nic and her husband were blessed with their rainbow pregnancy and their lives were impacted in the best ways possible. On September 5, 2022, Nic took a quantum leap and had her last drink. The next day, she decided to completely rebuild her business– the structure, branding, website, and offer suite. Everything. She digitally disappeared for an entire month while she rebuilt her life and business. 2022 was the year Nic took a hard look in the mirror and promised herself she would never hit those lows again. It was time to embody everything she ever wanted to be.

She eventually found the field of personal development out of necessity. Five years into her service-based branding business, she found herself at a standstill. She had all the things society deems successful: money, followers, comments rolling in, etc. But soon realized she had built a business based on external validations. She was hustling in the worst ways. Nic had the money and “clout” but was miserable. She asked herself “How do I become happy and successful at the same time?” Nic didn’t even know her own definition of success at the time. At that moment, all she wanted was for her work and personal life to have meaning.

Nic slowly started incorporating personal development methods but drinking kept her small and suppressed. She didn’t find a profound change with it until she got sober. When she became sober, she gained clarity on who she was and who she desired to become. She wanted to be an example to her kids, not just with her words, but her actions– Pursue your dreams. Be unconventional. Don’t put your worth in external validations. Be bold. Be proud. Be unapologetically you.

When you’re told you’re too loud or too much, too impulsive or too small, you have two choices: let it define you and keep you in a downward spiral, or use it as your superpower. Nic finally started to understand herself and the depths of who God made her to be and turned that understanding into power.

Every woman has a power within themselves. And creating the life you desire is learning to meet yourself where you are at and applying your unique traits to the productive movement of your action. Personal development will holistically get you exactly where you dream to be…and Nic dares to say, beyond.

Nic’s sobriety has been the catalyst for growth in her journey of deep healing and liberation. Oddly enough, quitting drinking itself wasn’t the liberating part, but the freedom of self she gained while being sober. For the first time in 13 years, Nic was able to get to know who Nic was, underneath the mask of inebriation. And isn’t that what every woman wants? To wholly understand herself, but not only that– love herself. Nic had a clear mind to explore herself and understand why she operates the way that she does. She started investing in mentors who helped her understand and love herself exactly as she is.

In this phase of deep exploration, Nic learned that she is a sacral authority 5/1 generator and for the first time in her 36 years, everything in her life made sense. She saw that she was gifted with a potent energy that allowed her to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. She had intense lightbulb moments of “Whoa, that’s why I am the way I am?” It was spiritual and liberating. Nic found it a privilege to understand herself in this capacity. When you have a better understanding of how you operate, distractions happen less often. You become convicted in your movement because you understand it and don’t question it. You become a force. And Nicole BeeGee is that force.

Nic holds a deep space in her heart for women who feel “stuck” in a specific place. Her advice? If you are stuck in a space of confusion: trust yourself. There’s no one more important to trust than yourself. But how the hell do you trust yourself when you’re confused?

Nic says it’s simple: Spend time with yourself. Take the time to understand how and why you can trust yourself. Redirect your attention from the outside world to your inner self by taking a moment for introspection. Find a quiet spot each day, simply paying attention to your breath and how your body feels. When thoughts or self-criticisms pop up, notice them without getting caught up, and let them pass. It’ll be hard and uncomfortable at first, but practice it faithfully and you’ll build self trust.

You desire to not only become successful but to understand how you can utilize what you already have within as the vehicle to get you there. When in doubt, look within, always. This is what Nic teaches every woman who comes in her doors. And they walk away with self-trust, every time.

Nic is intentional in what she does and who she helps. The women who come through her virtual doors are desiring to become millionaires who can enjoy their wealth now and in the future. Through her offers and enrollments, she forms a legacy for women.

It’’s not for women who need short-term gratification. The Femme Wealth Engineer is about lifestyle, the luxury of choice and time; unconventionally-created freedom to live how YOU desire to live.

In her The Divine Pivot Mastermind, Nic teaches women a realm of unbreakable foundational habits and integrations that support sustainability, creativity, and scalable business models. Specifically for the woman who has started her business, hit a wall, and is unsure of how to scale to $100k, Nic helps women work on deeper self-exploration, brand strategy, and embodiment messaging.

In her The Millionaires Quantum Mastermind, Nic helps established six-figure CEOs embody a new frequency of intelligence and have their first $500k year. She guides them through self-leadership, pushing through limitations as opposed to trying to end them, potent scaling strategies, and embodiment marketing.

And one of Nic’s most intimate forms of impacting women lies in her one-on-one intensives. These intensives require you to desire what you want to embody before ever taking action. Nic believes success starts within and that is the foundational blueprint for everything she does.

Unsurprisingly, Nic is calling in a 1 million dollar year, every day until it happens. In the meantime, she focuses on an abundance mindset. Her rituals for an abundance mindset are simple: Reframe. Reframe. Reframe.

If you’re always looking at what someone else has, what they’ve accomplished, and how you compare, abundance will never settle into your life. It’s easy to get consumed in small things that happen that could “make or break” our success, but in reality, that just shackles us to a victim mindset instead of an abundant mindset. Nic’s bigger vision is the focus at the forefront of her mind nearly all the time. When you learn to have an abundance mindset, your entire perspective changes. Having that kind of mindset means learning how to utilize what you already have available to you and understanding that it is valuable…regardless of how big or small it may be. It means you stop obsessing over what other people are achieving and owning what you already have. Knowing you’re already in an abundant life, no matter how you compare. Nic teaches every woman in her programs to embody an abundance mindset in every stage of life.

She also focuses on intentionally living with balance. Her motto? Let. Go. Of. Control. If you let go of control and believe that everything good is going to happen for you, you’ll be surprised at how your nervous system can regulate itself and how grounded you become.

Nic’s mindset lies in the thought that “everything is working out in my favor.” She is confident in that belief, even when it’s not pleasant. Nic urges women to give space to feel negative, challenging feelings. Because feelings aren’t true. They’re real and they affect you, but your feelings don’t get a say in what happens in your life. Because of this, she’s learned to reframe feelings. She no longer stays distracted and unfulfilled by dwelling on what feels painful. She feels it for a moment and then simply moves on. Nic believes this is important in every aspect– as a mom, wife, business owner, and daughter. If you can grasp it, it will change your entire perspective on life.

Nic continues to live a prosperous, joyful life with her husband and 4 children, impacting women every day through The Femme Wealth Engineer.
