In response, Justin’s attorney Bryan Freedman denied the allegations, claiming her complaint was an attempt to “fix her negative reputation,” calling the filing “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.”

Meanwhile, both Justin and Blake filed official lawsuits on Dec. 31.

For her part, Blake is suing Justin, his company Wayfarer Studios, “crisis manager” Melissa Nathan and publicist Jennifer Abel—all of whom are listed in her complaint—for mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress, and lost wages, according to documents obtained by E! News.

Meanwhile Justin is suing The New York Times for $250 million for the report it released on Dec. 21 in congruence with Blake’s complaint.
