THE Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) announced on Friday (Feb 21) that JTC Corporation is appointing a new chief executive officer.
The agency’s new CEO will be Jacqueline Poh, managing director at Singapore’s Economic Development Board, who has been in the role for more than three years.
Poh will be appointed JTC’s chief executive officer-designate on Mar 1, and step up as CEO from Apr 1.
“Already part of the MTI Family, Jacqueline has a deep understanding of investor needs which will help in her new role to develop attractive and innovative industrial land and spaces,” said Jeffrey Siow, second permanent secretary for MTI, in a statement.
Poh will also be appointed as a member of the JTC board in an ex officio capacity, said MTI.
