Cat’s accolades are a testament to her dedication and prowess. Since 2021, Cat has chaired NOWIE – The Network For Women In Events, pioneering equal opportunities for women in the industry. In 2023, she was shortlisted for Creative Agency of the Year by Access All Areas. She earned a spot on the Access All Areas 30under30 list 2022 and was a National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) finalist in 2022 and 2023 for Best Support to the Industry. Additionally, she served as a D&AD Shift Studio Mentor in 2022, partnering with Google and Giffgaff, where her team emerged victorious in the competition. Cat was also a Kindness & Leadership Award by The Financial Times winner in 2023. Her role as a judge for the Access All Areas Conference & Awards in 2022 and 2023, and her mentorship at The University of the West of England Bristol in 2022, further highlight her commitment.
