Selena Gomez is looking forward to a year without shapewear.
While the 32-year-old has been enjoying the glitz and glam that has accompanied the Emilia Pérez press tour, she revealed the relatable reason she was ready for it to end.
“I think this whole journey has been really wonderful,” she exclusively told E! News’ Francesca Amiker at the Los Angeles premiere of Emilia Pérez on Oct. 21. “I feel so grateful.”
“A little tired of dressing up because all the Spanx I got to wear,” she continued, “but I couldn’t be more happy to see how it’s being received with open minds and open hearts.” (For more from the premiere, tune into E! News tonight, Oct. 22 at 11 p.m.)
In fact, Selena admitted that the Oscar buzz surrounding Jacques Audiard’s musical crime comedy—which will be in select theaters on Nov. 1 and available to stream on Netflix Nov. 13—was already causing a hint of anxiety.
