You have to give Ukraine’s leader, Volodymyr Zelensky 5 stars for not telling the United States ( Donald Trump ) in advance about Ukraine’s planned, devastating attack and destruction of Russia’s many strategic bombing airplanes deep inside Russia. In Trump’s recent phone call to Putin, Trump emphasized that he did not know that the Ukraine was planning such an attack, thus keeping their friendship intact. Do you really think that if Trump knew in advance about this planned attack by the Ukraine that Trump  would keep this secret from Putin, his friend?  I think not. Zelensky is a very smart man.

(He has proven to be an impressive leader throughout this crisis.)

Hamstrung by the PM

Imagine Prime Minister Mark Carney boldly proclaiming that the Edmonton Oilers will win the Stanley Cup for Canada and people want to believe him. Then imagine Mark Carney then hides the Oilers hockey sticks and ice skates so they can’t win the game in the Stanley Cup Finals. Sounds crazy, that’s because it is! This is exactly what Mark Carney is doing when he proclaims he wants Canada to be an energy superpower, but then crushes Private Investment by “keeping” the Liberals C-69 the No Pipelines Bill and C-48 the No Oil Tankers Bill.  It’s the same crazy story, but the story continues … Now imagine the Liberals keep hiding the Oilers hockey sticks and ice skates for ten years, how frustrating would that be for Team Captain Connor McDavid? Connor McDavid really wants to win a Stanley Cup, but finally in frustration, Connor realizes he can’t win a Stanley Cup with the Oilers, so he signs with the New York Rangers so he can win the Stanley Cup  Albertan’s frustration with C-69, C-48, Liberal cancellation of the Northern Gateway Pipeline, Liberal cancellation of the Energy East Pipeline and then Mark Carney’s contrary actions. He says he wants Canada to be an energy superpower, while his government does the very opposite and works to kill energy projects. This is why Alberta is leaving Canada and voting for independence in 2026! With Oiler fans like Mark Carney, who needs enemies!

Getting it done right

Cheers to the Smith government. Cheers to Nicolaidies. Yes, we Albertan parents care about our offspring and are willing to train them and fight the poor education we get from our tax payer funded left wing part timers. This is why the separation debate is on, our whole country is becoming ruined by taxing the working people to fund social and socially irresponsible programs and people. This is all recycled money put on the backs of hard working people. Wages (also taxed again), pensions, benefits. Where does the money come from? Better find someone in one of the levels of industry and give them a kiss. Then do better with your government funded opportunity.

Mark Williams

(Not sure, but are you bashing teachers? Bold move. That’s a tough, hard working group of people we are confident deserve better than your criticism.)
