Subsequent checks show an error message that says OCBC is working to resolve the issue
[SINGAPORE] OCBC digital users were unable to log-in to the mobile and online banking on Thursday (Dec 18) morning.
About 900 outage reports were lodged on tracking site Downdetector from around 12 pm, mostly citing mobile and online banking issues.
Checks by The Business Times at 11.50 am found that the app was unable to process log-in attempts by the users.
Subsequent checks at 12.11 pm showed an error message on the app that said OCBC was working to resolve the issue.
BT has reached out to OCBC for comments.
Shares of OCBC were flat at S$19.44 at 11.50 am on Thursday.
