[NEW YORK] US stocks rose on Monday (Dec 22), kicking off the holiday-shortened week on a positive note, as technology stocks continued to rebound from last week’s sell-off, while investors awaited key economic data later this week.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.45 per cent, the S&P 500 gained 0.58 per cent and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.59 per cent. REUTERS
