Having come from modest beginnings and motivated by a desire to support her family and inspire future generations, Ms. McMillan has expanded her Blo Blow Dry Bars to four locations across Texas and Virginia. “I want to leave a legacy for my grandkids and kids, showing them that anything is possible,” she says.
